These guys worked from start to finish moving and unloading appliances, furniture, boxes and other items. They made sure my items and walls were protected and items were placed where designated. Good communication was maintained throughout. 5 STARS. I highly recommend!

John and Corey are excellent humans and movers. I live in the French Quarter, and parking for a truck is a trick. They made it easy by saving me a parking spot so I could just slide right in! They were gentle and respectful with my stuff, skilled at placing it in my apt so that I could easily access it later to unpack, and very fast; they finished earlier than scheduled. Communication is key during the busy and stressful time of moving house, and AllSafe Moving did a wonderful job of answering my questions and preparing me well for the move. The move went excellent. The only complaint was the appointment time was set for 9-10 AM. And due to an unforeseen emergency from the previous day. This was an easy move, I had all 10 items prepared to move out of storage. The invoice had no company header and was handprinted with no totalled amount. I wore a mask and even mentioned I was concerned about COVID, but neither mover wore a mask. They were polite and very helpful however and overall did a good job and took care not to damage the goods in the UHAUL truck I rented or moving them into my townhouse rental.

These movers caused thousands of dollars of damage to our goods. They would move large items down the steps, including a high end washer and dryer by a dolly and letting it freely bounce down the steps. While I scolded them at the time, the worst thing was the damage they did that was undiscovered

Yes you payed for wrapping your items but you was there an pointed out each item that you requested wrapped an you had a friend there as well all items was placed in the middle of your living room an wrapped at your direction. Crew didnt leave the apartment until you told them too crew was on the fourth floor in elevator. Which is more than enough time to wrap items if you changed your mind. Also your ubox travels on a flatbed truck through weather an then on a 18 wheeler across state we are not liable for your items when it reaches you. This is a Uhaul an ubox complaint. Should not be directed towards Allsafe moving.

Unbelievable slow going then ask your self why you would tip your crew if was slow moving you payed for 3 Hours job was done in two hours an would of been completed in less time if you was prepared. Crew had to wait on you to clear items off furniture that needed to loaded you also did not have moving pads to protect your belongings an a gun safe that was not mentioned until crew informed office. I initially scheduled 2 movers at $60/hr for 7 hours to be completed on 7/31/2018; however, my U-Haul truck was unavailable, so I contacted the laborer, Shaun and established the new and rescheduled date and time for the load/unload job ($60/hr., 2 workers, 7 hours, starting at 3pm) to be performed on 8/1/2018. Shaun and I spoke the morning of 8/1/2018 (this morning) and confirmed that they would arrive at 3pm. Shaun contacted me on my cell at 11:36 am and informed me that they would be able to come earlier than 3 if I would like- I told him we would have to stick with the scheduled time. He confirmed that they would be at the location at 3pm to perform the job. It is now 3:32 and the laborers have not called, texted nor arrived. My storage facility closes at 9pm; therefore every moment counts and requesting new helpers for today is out of the question.Please cancel my order and return all funds to my account. Thanks.

I flew in from Fort Lauderdale to MSY to get the truck and have the Loaders load the truck, only to be told that there was an error and I would have to wait until 3pm to 4pm to get the help. I specifically said I wanted help in the morning I arrived in New Orleans at 9:15am, and was very disappointed. Ellis apologized.

My appointment was scheduled for 12-1pm. The movers told me that they would be an hour late. They didn't show up when they said they would, so I called to get an update. I got no answer. When I finally go through to someone, I was told that it would be an additional 2 hours before they got to me. I just want to cancel and get my money back. Horrible experience. I only rented the U-Haul for a certain amount of time and I am now paying more than I expected.

The guys loading did great, hey loaded in 2.5 hours. We paid for 4 hours and they charged an extra $100 on site to load a safe. This was not on their site. Evan has not replied to emails about this.

The mover did not want to do today. Said they would move me to tomorrow morning at 9, which I was willing to do. Said they would have it changed by 3 or 4 pm my time and send my notification. When I still didn't have the change at 5 my time, they told they can't do it, that now I have to wait my turn! I did not like the attitude of the mover and will not ever book them again.

They could not accommodate my morning move. I offered to change my plans and schedule for the afternoon. We agreed on a time. They stated that they would call me when they were an hour out. When I had not heard from them with 40 min before my scheduled time, I texted Evan to find out if they were running late and if so when they thought they would make it. I got no response for almost a full hour at which point they said they would be 20-30 more minutes until they arrived. I reiterated that I had to be somewhere and asked if they could still complete the job in time. I waited another 50 minutes for them to show during which time they stopped responding when I asked what their location was (in order to save us both the trouble if they were more than 20 minutes away and just reschedule.) when they finally got there, I asked if they thought they could have it done in less than 2 hours and was told to "drop my attitude."
