• My order was placed on 5/20/21. I heard back from my first set of movers a week after my request, but I had not heard back from Diversified. I emailed the vendor, johnbach86@gmail.com, sometime around June 4. I then called the vendor, 608-931-2645, on June 4, 1:25 p.m. and left a voicemail. I called again today, 6/7/21, and it went straight to voicemail, so as of today I have not received any responses. It has been 17 days since my order request without correspondence. I cannot put myself in a situation where I am left hanging and therefore I have decided to cancel my service with Diversified. The cost for new movers with as much time that is left is probably costing me more money which is does not make me too happy. However, it appears this other company is quicker with responding to my order request and is reassuring that I can trust in them as they are responsive and considerate of their customers' valuable time.
