• I was unable to contact Westchester Help Line for two reasons: first, I couldn't properly update the phone number in my profile, so they were unable to contact me at that number, wich I don't use anymore. Second, I was unable to contact them because they didn't answered the phone (347) 491-9027. I called several times during the morning and had no answer.

• Sent a mover who couldn't handle the job physically. I basically paid for two people but only had one mover. I ended up having to help with the move. Should have sent someone who could handle the job.

  The customer did not indicate there were five flights of stairs so when one of the movers arrived supposingly he didn't move quick enough to the customers liking.

• Called scheduled mover. Said he did not have enough motice to fulfil the job request. Requesting another mover for today ASAP. One person for approximately 2 hours. Most items have already moved. Need assistant loading and unloading a truck to do the following: 1. Move last items out of apartment 2. Transfer items ihaul box 3. Load truck to empty storage bin items to donate to Salvation Army.

  Please note we are independent moving helpers. we do not have dollies equipment or cloth or trucks. it says so right on the website & the email you received. the one dresser leg issue was addressed.

• The employee that was scheduled to help me with my move, Matthew Williams, did not show up. Despite Nabeel's attempts to locate him, he was unable to do so. Nabeel did eventually find Walter that helped a little for the final 30 minutes of my unload at my new apartment and I was instructed to pay Walter cash for his help. Nabeel has requested that I cancel this job for a full refund.

  thanks for your reveiw. Yes, these are moving 'helpers'. They dont carry trolleys or trucks. It gives that information on the website as well during your booking.
