Eastern Region Logistics were extremely helpful in preparing for and completing my ubox unloading request. Their communication prior to the scheduled move date was impeccable. I received a call we’ll before hand and various follow up messages to ensure my ubox delivery ran smoothly. Once they arrived, they quickly got to work. They went as far as organizing my goods inside my home to ensure nothing was crushed or in the way of normal living spaces. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing moving assistance.

I'm disappointed in this comment. Uhaul delayed releasing the 4 boxes. The client added additional boxes in the middle of the move and I couldn't accommodate due to having another client to service.

Our Moving Helper was terrific. U-Haul, having been unable to locate our U-Box, repeatedly providing misinformation was awful. Shame on U-Haul for such awful, awful lack of service.

Despite the U Haul mishandling, Moving Helper did an outstanding job of tracking down my moving box and keeping me informed of situation. Also did a fine job of moving the contents into my new home.

I tried contacting Eastern Region Logistics and was not able to get a hold of them. I left them a voicemail with my contact information this morning at 9am and still have not heard from them. I have my move scheduled for tomorrow and wanted to confirm the location and time.
