  I'm sorry you was unhappy with my service. But in my defense I can only do what is handed To me what this was the second part of your move. And understand. We get overwhelmed. • We could not be happier with Calvin and his helper. Excellent communication throughout the process. They were professional and fast. We had several heavy items and they figured out the best way to get it secured in the truck and unloaded up several flights of stairs. Calvin was a master at loading the truck. • We were very pleased with Platinum Movers. Calvin contacted me to discuss the details of our move very soon after I requested his services on the UHaul site. Calvin and T arrived on time and worked continuously until our move was complete. They were very professional, courteous and careful with our belongings. We hired them to move from a 3 story walk up apartment to a house with both basement and second floor stairs. We were extremely pleased with their services. We would highly recommend them.

• You pay for the truck, equipment, gas, and the return of the truck. You are asked how big is the load and you tell them, and from your answer they assess how much help you need and for how long. It does not matter how well you pack your load up, it’s still going to go over the two hours quoted you.

• The approximate time they were to arrive was at 3:00pm. I informed them the day before that I had to be out of the storage unit by 6:00pm or I would have to pay another month of storage. I also wanted to be able to drop off some things at dump and return rental truck, but I really needed them to be there on time to get any of this done. I was going to go to dump myself but just needed help moving from one storage unit to another in Lorton. They informed me the day before the move and the day of the move that they would be able to get it done. They got hung up at another job and the last time I spoke to them it was 4:50pm and they were just getting on highway at Tysons Corner which is over 17 miles away in beltway rush hour traffic. Having driven that path myself for the past 2 years I know it can take 1.0-1.5 hours easily during rush hour. I told them to cancel and that I would request a refund. They apologized and said okay.
