• Everything was great and they were fast. The only issue I have is that they put a hole in my wall which I didn’t realize until after the payment code was given. So now my apartment complex is going to charge me for that.

• We were in contact with them via text 3 days before they were to show up.They asked us some basic questions....how big is our truck, any heavy items, etc. They asked what time we would need them. We told them we would have better idea on Wed after Uhaul notified us of our pickup location. We texted them early Thurs morning with the time and our address. We called & texted several times that day. At 3:30 said they had taken another job! Very unprofessional.
