• The mover canceled, because he did not “like my attitude” when I asked him to give me a time he would be here when I called to tell me his timeline was delayed. Originally at 8:30am he told me 3pm and then gave me a list of excuses. When I asked, “Please just give me a ballpark time you can be here, i would appreciate it.” He said 4pm. He called back five minutes later to cancel the job, because he said he didn’t like the way I spoke to him. Apparently it’s a cultural thing for a woman to do business with a middle eastern man.   Reply back to Regional Storage Manager Tascha A. : Thank you for your time and for rating us so low. We did a perfect job packing everything in 1 storage unit instead of 2 that you offer, even if the crew had to deal with the stolen truck that had the items in siting in there for more then 1 month. The worst thing was that the smell was not humanly possibility to handle. And the review is so low just because the crew asked for a little tip at the end, which we don't usually, this things should be understood that when we have to deal with moving really dirty things that would be always nice to tanks your moves.   Thank you for taking the time to write the Feedback about your experiences with us. The crew did came on time as a next day job, and they move everything carefully. However, the crew suggested that you might need blankets and cover your furniture, having a small 10 foot truck and trying to put alot of furniture is hard not to get any scratches. Also,the crew said that some boxes where not packed properly and item might have moved during the traveling from location A to B. We are really sorry for the inconvenience, and hope you will use our services in the future again.

• I called these movers at the last minute (I cancelled another mover I scheduled through Move.com... and they will not show up). This company called me back to let me know that they could not fit me in that day (which is understandable).
