• The actual movers were great. They had enough guys to get everything done very quickly. Communications with the office was difficult. They call you and leave a message saying to call back but they never answer the phone. I ended up being able to text them which worked out.

• The crew arrived a little late 15 minutes, but that was not a problem. A previous two man crew loaded all of our belongings about 25% faster than this three man crew. They peformed OK 4/5.

• A few boxes are brought in upside down. They brought my fridge in horizontally instead of using the appliance dolly. That can ruin a fridge. Luckily for me it still works. They finished quick though..
