Drop my fridge twice. A hot mess all around. Lookes like they never had to move once in their life. Big huge scratch on my fridge and minor one on a table. Did not use care what so ever. Felt like a total scam. Paid 300$, worth maybee 30$.

We rented a 20 foot truck but U Haul changed that to 15 foot truck + a small trailer last minute. We had a huge concern if they could fit our stuff in a smaller space. The movers kept complaining how they were only hired for 4 hours of work, when they only actually did 3 hrs. Charged us for the first 30 min, which was just the movers complaining that they didn't wanna a do the work. Once they started working they ignored us and didn't listen to the rules of the building. Left a very bad taste in our mouths.

Movers were extremely unprofessional and crass. They did quite a bit of damage to a freshly painted and renovated apartment and to my belongings. The company sent their personnel to the wrong address, even after I specified by email and when I spoke to the company representative the address that I wanted the men at. The men/movers contacted me and I gave them the proper address. 30 minutes was lost, but they made up the 30 minutes .

The guys wore masks throughout, were on time, and didn't stop moving until the last piece was in the truck. These guys were brilliant at Tetris... maximizing the available space to get in as much as possible. Needed a little coaching on protecting things with blankets, but without them, we wouldn't have gotten the move done in time. Will be sure to call on you guys again in the future if needed.

Furniture was scratched during move because blankets weren’t used appropriately to prevent damage during transportation. No expertise in loading truck to avoid snow/ice damage during winter. Movers were pleasant but didn’t seem to be prepared. No runners or material to protect floors in the house.

Very bad service from one of their employee, was very slow and completely ignored us while moving. Thank you for your comment on the service provided. We will adress the issue with the helper who failed to demonstrate professionalism and good attitude on the job. Regarding truck driving, even you did not require the service on the website, we would accommodate you if one of the helpers on site had a valid driver license.

The crew did a great job under difficult circumstances. Only one passenger elevator was working, so they had to work around other residents. I would highly recommend them.

TopMovers lacked the physical fitness, dexterity and professionalism needed to execute the move in an efficient manner. What should have been an easy move was laborious for them. Disappointed.
