We loaded 30 boxes into our pod before they arrived. In two hours they failed to arrange the boxes and fill the pod with our stuff. We have used movers in the fashion in the past, and we had the worst result this time. And, at two hours they walked away with our stuff still on the lawn.

Your site does not allow us to specify time, so we chose afternoon; however, the mover is unable to accommodate us until mid-afternoon. I think it would be great for both customers and moving helpers if you improved the site to allow moving helpers to enter blocks of availability and if you could allow us to choose specific time slots.
