• I called and called over the last week and emailed and text the Backbone movers and they NEVER answered or showed up! Do not pay them the money! My husaband and I had to load our truck by ourselves. The UHaul location at Georgetown was very nice and comptent but NO movers at all showed up after trying and trying over the last two weeks to contact. We hoped they would show but they did not!!!

• The guys arrived 30 minutes late. We had a large move with 3 trips. They did not know how or want to pack the truck up in order to use all available space. Boxes were not placed in the correct places without direction in spite of boxes being marked. I still have kitchen boxes in the garage behin

• I was contacted the day of the reservation and thought I gave my address and if I did not then why did jack not ask of it and also about the contents we would be moving? My phone was not workin so when the did no show up by 4:30 I called &was told his helper had left. I was extremely upset &jack told me he would come the next day after his morning move & would call me before he came. He just showed up, took a look at our heavy furniture & said he could not do the job and left. We managed to load some of the pieces(we are in our 60’s). It took us 4:30 hours and we got into our destination after 7 hrs of driving exhausted. This jack or his company or both #hould be FIRED!!!!! We may not use uhaul any more due to the extreme difficulty we had. We found movers at our destination who had everything unloaded in 45 minutes. This was on top of our reservation for the truck not going thru as this moving reservation disrupted that.

• Same day service showed up 1hr after I made the initial request. Showed up on time and worked really hard non-stop from start to finish. Would definitely recommend for help with any move.
