• These movers were absolutely incredible. We were very late to our unload location and they patiently waited for us, got the job done within the time we had left, and were extremely professional. This was one of the most efficient moves I have ever been involved in. Beyond grateful for Starq as this was an international move so we were very stressed but they made it a seamless process! Absolutely recommend & will be using them for future moves.

• I made a reservation on July 13, 2017 for moving help at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, July 14, 2017 with Starq Services to move my father's furniture out of an assisted living facility. Saul at Starq Services contacted me and confirmed the job and timing in writing on Thursday, July 13, 2017. Starq Services was a no show on the job. When Starq Services failed to show up with no advance notice, I had to scrabble to find family members to assist me with the move to avoid $400 per day charges from the assisted living facility. Instead of a short 2 hour move, left high and dry by Starq Services, the move took us late into the night. My wife was injured in trying to help in the move when Starq Services failed to show up. Starq Services was wholly unprofessional in handing this situation. Saul at Starq Services first told me at 4:15 p.m. on Friday, July 14, 2017 that his crew would be 15 to 30 minutes late for the job because of traffic.
