• Paid for two helpers. Only one guy did work. The other guy just stood around. They both barely spoke any english. Because of this, the job went even longer than planned and I had to pay an extra hour. I would not recommend.

• The moving help did not show up at agreed time or call. They sent a text out 3 hours after the scheduled time asking for an address. By that time I had done it myself.

• The mover dropped my antique dresser then skid my fridge down the ramp. When I asked about where their furniture dollies and movers were the mover responded that he does not have those and that they always come with the Uhaul truck. I explained to him this one did not have those items and asked how he intended to move everything else off the truck. He offered no solutions and just stood there telling me I needed to figure it out. So I told him if he wasn't going to offer a solution then he needed to leave because he was useless to me and I would find my own solution.
