• Schedule conflict between helper and customer. Helpers can not accommodate time help is need. Reservation time for truck 12. The movers would have to start at 12 because they have another job at 3pm.

• Overall Prime Time movers did a good job. There were some concerns that the Uhaul we rented would not fit all the items and a second trip would be needed, we disagreed and made it all fit.

• 2 guys (Wayne and Jon) unloaded a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor in less than 2 hours. I was their 2nd move of the day, and they kept me updated on where they were and ETA. They were super professional, careful of our stuff, and even tried for about 15 minutes to try to get our couch into the apartment in a tight squeeze. I’ve never used movers before, but I would use them again and recommend them to anyone else moving in Florida.

• Service was great up until the time I unloaded the POD delivered to the new house. The POD was packed with efficiency in time and space, but they should have braced things to prevent an avalanche of a wall of heavy boxes as other things were removed closer to the door. I am not an experienced mover using PODS but I guess logic should have told me this would happen. Had guys alerted me, I would have provided rope or straps to secure it better. Overall, nice guys and worked hard.

We offered to help but they told us that we could just relax ! They were running a little behind due to traffic but communicated that very well through text. If I was ever in the Tampa area ever again I would hire them without a doubt. When the move was done we brought our dog out to say hello and Eyvor highly approves of this crew also ! Since we were unloading the contents of a 26-ft U-Haul truck into a third floor condominium, we were certain that there was no chance that it could be done in the two hours allotted, but these guys did it with two minutes to spare, and they were extremely pleasant, totally professional, very intuitive about placement, and they went way above and beyond. • Guys didn't pack the truck to the ceiling. Therefore, when they got to the back of the truck they could not get all of our stuff on. We had to make several extra trips to get the remaining items. We had 6 hours allotted and myself, my wife and two young girls we're unloading the truck to try and make it under the 6 hour mark. Unfortunately we over the time and the company tried to charge us extra time while one of their guys stood around half the time.

• The moving helper contacted me that he was running late due to car trouble. Called a couple hrs later said he couldn't fix the car at 2:00 pm I asked for another crew as it was only 2 pm he stated his crew was in Sarasota and it would take too long to get here and that he was at least a 40 minute drive from here. • Arrived 30 minutes late. Broke the glass top to my coffee table (to be fair, I didn't tell them to be careful with the padded sheet). Said they had someone that could replace it and I never heard back

  We made several calls to inform you of a delay. As for the table we haven't heard any news from you on when you would be available to discuss the issue and when you can be seen for repairs. Very sorry

• They scratched the walls while moving an organ into the bedroom pretty badly. Can't fix with just a paint job and they didn't even bat an eye!
