• I was called 45 mins late that they were going to be late but they remained very polite and professional. I asked them to wait until I figure things out before they come, so if they could allow me an opportunity to call them back. It took me an hour to call them back (not on purpose, but because we had an issue with our storage unit. They remained professional and still came. I allowed them to leave early, not knowing I could adjust the bill because they only worked 3. Overall they did good work. I was very grateful.
