• Instead of playing Tetris to get our items into the moving truck, they decided to hang around and smoke cigarettes on paid time, resulting in us having to leave several items out of our moving truck. They were nice people but we are quite disappointed.

• I called to confirm they could meet the schedule moving time and they were not sure they could get a crew together to do it. I've scheduled weeks in advanced only to find this out a week before our move. It would have been nice if they contacted me to know they might not be able to provide a move.

• I had to move all my heavy furniture with the gentleman. I still paid full price ($480). That’s not what I paid for. I want compensated for my troubles and time. 200 characters is not enough.

• Mobile Service Pros were great! Unfortunately I encountered issues with my move (caused by Uhaul, not Mobile Service Pros)- & they were able to overcome these issues, which made all the difference!
