• They never showed up. Wouldn't answer the phone after not being at loading location on time. Then they had turned their phone off, going straight to voice-mail. It's now an hour and 39 minutes after agreement time, on day agreed upon.

• Joe and his team were amazing during our move. They arrived on time and they worked their tails off from start to finish. I was amazed by how quickly they were able to clear out our apartment and how efficiently they operated in packing up the truck. They were nothing but professional and they worked very hard. • As I am watching my new movers unload my truck I watched them take my dryer in the house and attempt to hook up My dryer is all scratched up and broken which I have the cameras in the basement showing it wasn’t like this prior to the man mover unplugging it and attempting to get it through basement door he could have asked my boyfriend or his lady for help also my coffee table Was stood up in the truck instead of laid down so now it’s broken. They did a great job getting the stuff out the house and off the hill however I have broken stuff as a result

  Dryer had big dent on top prior to moving it, I have picture of it in basement. Dryer fit out doorway on dolly, as did washer, with room on both sides. Scratches most likely occurred because we had to pack the truck completely full, AND YOU HAD ZERO MOVING BLANKETS. dryer was never dropped, or flipped and your boyfriend watched me bring it down driveway. He asked if I needed help up truck ramp, wich I declined. Moving pads are essential to prevent scratches, scrapes especially during a full truck load up where you must cram, shove items to fit everything. I yelled top of coffee table is loosebefore we moved it out of house.. tha cam bolts were all loose.

• Oh man, we booked them for 4 hours and they work a HARD 4 hours. In fact, it was more than 4 since they showed up early and stayed a few extra to get the last items out of the truck. • Jp Moving did not show up at all for my job and made no effort to contact me. Despite confirming by text the night before for an 8AM start time, Jp Moving never showed up. And despite multiple attempts to reach out by text and phone, they never responded. It was totally confounding. I could not find any other moving help yesterday because everyone I called was booked. • Don from JP Moving told me he is not able to come as planned at 9 am as one of his guys had his car wrecked. He does not know when he can find alternate help and come. It is very inconvenient and had to replan everything due to this. Had to pay for truck cancellation and will have to keep my apartment for a week or so extra until next weekend which is an added cost. I do understand things like this happen.

• After traveling from CT to PA, Jp Moving decided to leave us stranded to move a 26ft truck full of furniture into the house by ourselves. We had a 2 hour delay due to the car following us having the keys to the house and was stuck in traffic. We spoke with the owner of JP moving about this and he stated that it was ok and they will be right back, the are going to go down the street to a local uhaul storage for something. The owner left us his number and when we were finally ready to move in, we called and we recieved no answer. After calling over and over, the owner finally turned his phone off which left us all along to move an entire 26ft truck into a 2 floor apartment by ourselves with two people. This was the worst experience i;ve ever had working with a moving company and i do not recommend anyone to use this business. Very unprofessional.
