• There was one minor incident during the service, which they immediately offered to correct. They did a great job during the loading process and showed up with one additional helper which allowed them to complete everything we needed to load, not just what we had contracted them for. Having just completed the unload of the truck today, there was no damage to anything that was moved. That was out main goal! GREAT JOB!

The only reason I did not give them five stars is because I think this particular crew might need a little more experience in loading boxes marked Fragile. Found quite a few Fragile boxes on the bottom under heavy boxes, like books.

• Dedicated movers were on time and worked very quickly to load the truck up. They also checked to see if I had any additional items to put on the truck, since there was still room. The unloading process could have been improved though. One guy seemed to be putting things wherever he wanted, while the other actually checked with me and asked where to put things. They seemed to be in a rush to unload and be done with the job. Overall I was happy with them though. Going this route of using uhaul plus moving helpers saved me a lot of money compared to using a big name moving company that loads, unloads, and has their own truck. Thanks again!

• This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I called the day before the move to confirm the movers would arrive at 8 a.m. on 7/17 and the representative confirmed. At 7:15 a.m. on 7/17, she texted me that the mover was having car issues and would not be on time. I had to call five times to get ahold of her. She then said the movers wouldn't be available until 2:00 pm--SIX hours after the original time. At 2, she called to say she didn't know when the movers would be there. I called two times within the next hour to follow up and she had ZERO information or confirmation and did not offer any solution or support. I cancelled the order on the spot. I want you to know that because of this horrible experience, I had to move all of the boxes from my third-story apartment with NO stairs into the truck BY MYSELF and had to contact my landlord to extend my move date so I could hire other movers to move the furniture. I also had to extend the lease on my U-Haul
