• The move helper texted me at 3:30 am on day of move to say he was canceling . Completely unprofessional and put me in a bad place . I expect full refund with no fees.

• First booking was taken out of my account them I was told by the movers that they were not taking services because one of their employees came down with COVID. Then booked the second company but was charged twice. Booked and paid for three helpers for two hours in the am. Only two showed up in the

  Wow...this is surprising....we communicated with you guys all day. I even sent a screenshot of where I was and how long it would take. We drove an hour and a half to help. Whether your first booking didn't go as planned, we still showed and told you 2 hours before coming it would only be 2 of us. We were wanting to do all the work but you insisted on helping. • Basically the company told me that they are 2 hours away from the job's location. However, according to they area of coverage and to the google map the address is within less then 1 hour drive and also the area of coverage include the address.

• We initially had some difficulty with communication, but resolved it quickly. The movers were delayed, but kept us informed. They came out at 9pm to ensure that we got moved in that day. Great job!
