I was contacted by text 1 and 1/2 hours after the time they were scheduled to show up that they were running late. An elevator was scheduled from 1-4PM that day and I was contacted at 2:26PM that they were running late at least 45 minutes from my location. Unacceptable.

I would please like a FULL REFUND. I tried to be very flexible and accomodate a flexible wait time and availability for movers since 10:30am, but the availability was not met and was changed along the way, multiple times. Up until 2pm I was not given an estimate for a mover arrival so the mover said he could not guarantee time or availability and agreed we should cancel the request. I had already rented a uhaul truck so we had no choice but to complete the move ourselves. Service was friendly but I just wish the degree of flexibility and/or a disclaimer on availability would be something more clearly defined and communicated upon online booking and time of payment, otherwise, had i known availability was an issue, I would have not booked to begin with.
