• Owner was friendly on the phone. The movers didnt seem to have much experience. They should have had straps or a dolly to make it their job easier and more efficient to lift heavy items. Nice guys and I appreciate their help but honestly I wouldn’t call them professional unloaders.

• I highly recommend Michael and Marcus. They go above and beyond and they hustle. They unloaded our 26’ Uhaul in no time that had really heavy stuff, took it upstairs and even when it started to rain they went even faster!!! Thank y’all so much!!!

• These guys are terrific! I heard from them with minutes of placing the order. We worked out timing - I needed help the following day and, although they had other jobs, they were able to help me out. Were early to the job; friendly and really pleasant to work with; asked questions and followed directions perfectly; worked hard and finished in good time. • They called 30 minutes after they were supposed to be there saving they were just leaving and would be at the house in 58 minutes, then called again over an hour later saying they were 19 minutes out, and finally showed up almost 30 minutes later - about 2 hours late in total. That said they were very nice guys and did their best once they finally arrived.

• Movers were scheduled for 1pm. I called them at 1:10 pm. I was told my crew was late due to several issues that caused delay. I called them, they didn't call me. So I was told they would be there by 2:30 pm and they would call when on the way. My brother in law and I loaded all boxes while waiting on movers. Thought it would help them. 3:00 pm I called them again because they had not arrived and hadn't called. No answer for 2 calls, and no return call. I texted, no response. We loaded a few chairs, secured the load, drove to my house. I texted Michael McKinney and advised him the order was cancelled due to no show, no communication. We unloaded truck. One of the crew members called and apologized saying they had trouble at other job and he had misplaced his phone and that's why he didn't call. I explained to Mr McKinney that due to his crew not showing up, that I will have additional expenses and another day to get the move completed. Did not use or even open moving pad bags which cost

• I contacted McKinney brothers Moving after initial booking and they confirmed their availability. They told me to call them closer to the move date to discuss details. I reached out two days before the move to provide address and details. They, again, confirmed availability. We arrived at the moving location with no sign of movers. I gave them 15 minutes and left a voicemail with no response. I sent a few texts as well with no response. I finally heard from them 3 hours after the designated time- they’d overslept. This was a nightmare and extremely disappointing. Please remove McKinney Brothers Moving from your recommended list, as they are not reliable.

• I confirmed with Michael on the 27 via text the first time of confirmation. On the 31 of March I confirmed with Michael again via text and gave him address and time. No one asked for a code. On day of move, I called and text with no one responding.I put in a complaint today and the movers text me about a system update fail. That is no excuse when I received confirmation from Michael via text on two occasions, especially the day before the move....So he told me to cancel the move so I could get my refund. So now I want my refund as prompt as you drafted it. Thank you

• Had 5 dozen blankets.Mattress, glass, pictures furniture not wrapped 3 items were wrapped but tapes on glass. Dresser leg broke, Sheetrock has a hole now. Many things broke. I would not use again.
