I was surprised by Conway Moving as they have many 5-star reviews, but mayve they just didn't have help. These people were the worst movers ever. In two hours they moved very little. They did moved some weights from our basement and onto the truck at a slow pace. They did WAY less work than we thought they'd do. We requested two movers, Conway sent the oldest man they had plus a man with a limp! He could barely walk straight and had a bad attitude! These two men did horrible and our basement SMELLED after they left. We had to air out the house because they stunk SO bad. Not only that, they could not get our treadmill out the basement. They insuated they didn't believe that our treadmill went down into the basement assembed. We told them it went down exactly the way it was. They couldn't do it. But three ladies went down and brought it up and got it on the truck after they left. Pathetic. Waste of money. H4H came out with two men who moved heavy stuff within 10 minutes.

The owner of the company has over 20 years in the business and he was on that job. I do not believe this is a fair review at all. These mover's were outstanding. The pre-move communication was timely and thorough. I was able to send pictures of what I needed moved. They confirmed the night before, even though it was a Holiday. They took time and care with our stuff even though it was a multi story move to a 2nd floor apartment, which required taking doors off of hinges.
