• I was contacted by text by the mover 60 hours before the move that they double booked their labor services and that they were cancelling on me. I made my reservation 19 days in advance of the move. I shouldn't have had to scramble to find alternative arrangements. I'm very dissatisfied. Especially now that I had to spend my time figuring out how to get my money back.

• They didn't show up on time, I called and they said "Sorry our fault we can't make it till the second day on the morning" and this definitely never worked for us, so I had to come up with an emergency plan and hired on the spot movers "Safe Care - JB-8b405bbe" where did an excellent job. That being said I paid around 200 $ extra unplanned. Please credit back my credit card and add the 200 $ extra that I had to pay to hire and manage other movers. The total will be 410 $.

Although they called me back after 8 pm on April 25 but didn't leave a voicemail. Then when I called again the next day (April 26), they said they will call me back within a few hours. They still haven't called, emailed or confirmed my move.
