I think there was a little miscommunication on what items needed to be loaded so some items that should have been loaded first were loaded later which made fitting everything a little bit more challenging. The guys were almost 2 hours late but they brought a crew of 4 or 5 instead of the 2 helpers ordered to make up for it so we weren't upset. But, their communication of arrival time could have been better. However, they were very fast and performed 2 trips of loading and unloading back and forth in just 2 hours. They unloaded the first trip of a 10' truck in less than 20 minutes. No damage to items! Steve was very nice and professional.

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. I would have given these movers all 5 stars if they had not stolen money from me. They actually did a really great job and were pleasant and helpful the entire move. The problem comes in afterwards- I had scheduled the movers for 3 hours. We went over by 1 hour. I went online and adjusted the hours from 3 hours to 4 hours. To my mistake, I accidentally ADDED 4 hours to the move, bring the total to 7 hours. Instead of letting me know, these movers accepted the funds of the additional 3 hours. When I contacted the movers a few days later and expressed that I would need to be refunded the 3 hours of work that I did not actually receive, the movers stated that it wasn't their fault and there was nothing they could do. This was entirely untrue as he could have provided me the refund and this would have been a 5 star review. Further, the movers have not responded to MovingHelp.com either and are trying to keep the funds. Be cautious pleas

Precision Pack And Move

The movers who came very kind and polite but they were roughly around 3 hours late. I reserved a truck for the morning and ended up having to pay extra because they were late. To their credit, it was due to car troubles. They didn’t let me know why they were late until almost an hour after their scheduled arrival time and they were 35 minutes away as well then they showed up to wrong address which was 20 minutes away. They also were difficult to get ahold of to schedule or confirm a time all throughout the week. They were very apologetic and moved as quickly as possible in the Texas heat! I do feel badly for them because maybe this just wasn’t their best day or week, but it really made my moving process so stressful.

I was told I was getting 2 ppl to help move upon arriving I got 3 mover no extra charge. The crew got to work immediately called me before the move to make sure I had the truck ready the Communicated with me prior to arriving to give updates on their arrival. Upon showing they got to work immediately. The loaded the the truck with care with extra space for any other items we had. They then meet us at storage and unloaded quickly. They packed our small storage to the brim with extra space I didn't think we would have. They stayed a little past their time to get the job done . Movers did not reach me after I booked the service. I texted and asked what time I should expect their arrival. There were no timely response until 2 days later. I got the notice on the day of moving that they would come at 11AM. They came at 11 03AM. I booked 2 guys. They came with 3 guys and they carried their hand trucks. One guy was pretty strong and he communicated well with us. The other two guys seemed tired since it was their second moving job of that day and it was hot. One guy could not understand English and he needed translation from his partner, the third crew member, who was kind of silent. They finished their job 20 minutes early. So their efficiency is reasonably high. There were accidental bumps on to the walls which I though professionals could avoid. They do not charge as high as professionals. Their work worth the cost. We tipped the three movers with cash to appreciate their hard work in the hot summer day.

They were efficient and fast moving. They were able to load up and pack way more than I expected them to be able to in the 2 hours I hired them. I was on a stressful time crunch and they came in and just saved me by getting everything I needed done, done, and more.

This company should absolutely not advertise packing services, because the guys they sent had absolutely no idea what they were doing and had clearly never had any training. At the time, I was disappointed, because I needed someone experienced to come in and wrap up the last mile, and I instead I had to hold their hands and tell them exactly what to do at every step. One guy spent twenty minutes wrapping one small item in bubble wrap and neglecting the rest of the items in the closet, and after they left, I found the contents of a shelf I'd asked them to pack in the fridge. Eye roll, but whatever. I didn't discover the real problems until I got where I was moving. So far, I've found one box loaded up with glass items that were not wrapped in any way and not labeled as fragile, but worst of all, I found that they'd packed a bottle of bleach ON ITS SIDE SO IT LEAKED ALL OVER THE OTHER BOXES. This damaged a box of priceless cards and letters, some books, and several pieces of furniture.

The mover changed times twice. Said 10:45AM could not work, then gave 1 PM. I couldn't reach by phone call it goes straight to voicemail each time. I texted and asked if they will be here at 1PM or leave where they are at 1pm, he said they leave at 1PM from where they are and will be here by 2pm. That is a waste of my time since I rented the Uhaul truck at 10AM as was going to have to wait for 4 hours but the U haul truck is due back at 4pm which will be only 2 hours left to use. This really threw my schedule off.

Had to schedule another helper, due to lack of response from Precision Pack and Move. On March 27th, I called the phone number provided (which has an area code for a completely different city, btw), to provide details of my upcoming move. There was no business recording: the recording I received was "...the number you have called, 713-xxx-xxxx, is not available. Please leave a message." I did - and 8 days later, have received no reply. So this morning I was forced to select a different service. I was sorry to do this, but felt I had no alternative.
