  The customer booked 2 men for 5 hours. We sent 3 men and they were able to complete the entire move in 3 hours. There's nothing to be refunded. The goal was to complete the move in a timely and safe manner, and we accomplished that.

• I received a call from the office that the movers were on their way and would be at my home in 10 to 15 minutes. They arrived about 35 minutes later. They did a fairly good job, but took a lot of liberties with my possessions. For instance taping things together that needed more care or moving items by hand cart causing a lot of bumps.

• A great crew with a good attitude even when they had to lift some extremely heavy furniture down many flights of stairs. They accommodated a last-minute change to my schedule (which meant they came after already working a full day)! I hired them to prevent my family from having to help, and they did the trick. Whenever we even looked at a box, they swooped in to grab it from us to ensure we didn't have to lift a finger.

We have two very heavy pieces of gym equipment and they did such a great job and didn’t complain a bit about the heaviness. I would recommend them 100x over. • Tim and Grant were excellent. they worked very hard and efficiently, and were able to safely secure the load in the truck such that there was no shifting on the entire 3+ hour ride. Even when we had a setback, Tim and Grant stayed calm and helped to handle the loading calmly and efficiently. Just great work, and well worth the money.

• We had scheduled different movers for the move a while back and had not heard from them to set up the time, etc of move. Now it's the day before the move with no word from them yet. We even left several messages and still hadn't heard back from them as of this morning. We were nervous about no on showing up tomorrow so we hired Spiff Movers. Shortly after we received a call from the original movers so we are set with them and do not need the second moving company (Spiff Movers). We had used Spiff Mover's before and loved them but when I was originally booking for this move date they did not show up so I went with the other mover.

• They were 1.5 hours late. Guys did a good job making up for lost time only after I demanded they send me extra guys to help. I had to haggle a lot with management to make it happen though. Movers were good. If you’re on a tight schedule I would pass.

  Customer was unprepared, nothing was packed. Booked 2hrs load/unload but wanted us to break down all furniture and pack the entire house,then load them into the truck within 2hrs. This made the move longer and the customer was unhappy about that.
