• I emailed and called the moving company multiple times with no effort on their part to contact me. The one time I managed to get someone on the line they hung up on me. Extremely bad communication.

• I called many times throughout the afternoon, no one ever answered, and the message box was full, and no one ever called me.

• I was scheduled to move with Paragon movers, they never called me or showed up. I spoke to them a day before he asked that I text him my number because he was busy, which I did the next day I called he never responded I was to move on Oct 30 I called them several times no answer and they did not show the day of my moving job! Which left me stuck with truck and no movers, You charged my credit card please release my Funds this has been nothing but a nightmare. My credit card should not have been charged.
