Complete misunderstanding. I thought they would bring the Ubox to me and unload. They said they only unload. Plus, I was told my box was on Sooner Rd. It is not, it is on Memorial Road.

I completed a walkthrough on the items I wanted loaded on the 20ft truck and these guys took the bull by the horns and had it loaded in 1-1/2 hours. They took special care with the furniture making sure it was wrapped and covered.

+The load was not packed or secured properly and shifted and damaged several pieces. Pieces were damaged loading and they did not use the pads to properly protect my furniture. Overall I would never use this company again nor would I recommend useing this service.

We used every pad you had available given the way you wanted us to pack it we told you about all prior broken pieces of furniture before we loaded it that you said you knew about. We got done before your estimated time and we even brought a 4th guy free of charge.

We called and scheduled them to come between 12 and one. Originally, we had requested help in the morning, but they were already booked. By 1:20 we hadn't heard, so we called and they were working over on another job. There's no way to schedule them for less time, and we had already started moving, so we just cancelled the job since we would not have 4 hours worth of work, since they were late in making the appointment.
