• Workers were courteous and polite, loaded truck properly, on time, and finished on schedule. Was able to speak immediately to a supervisor to smooth over disconnects. Did not have a proper premove conversation, however. And it should be noted they do not provide any tools needed to take apart items. Nor any packing material - customer will need to provide all that. Which is fine for the price. Just wish all that was communicated to me ahead of time so i could have been better prepared. Suggest their website ad be updated to reflect the above.

• I used Hulk Movers on August 12 to move the contents of my apartment, a 784 sq ft 1 bedroom. The movers didn't know how to wrap my furniture and were moving intentionally slow. I would not recommend.
