• Recommend x10000!!! I called the movers very last minute at like 6pm and wanted the job done the same day (not a fun ask). They gave me a call in 10 minutes, asked me a brief detail of what needed to be moved, asked my address, and poof, they were here. My move was in Troy, about an hour drive from where they're located at, Ann Arbor, and they arrived timely and gave me a text message 20 minutes before arrival. Very professional, they really carried my belongings like they were their stuff. I could see that they actually care about my things. Very courteous as well, I had a super pleasant experience. Best movers I ever worked with. I would work with them again for my next move for sure.

• After loading up the truck and driving 5 hours we were out of steam and didn’t have the energy to unload the truck. I requested movers the same day and within a few hours of making the reservation David and Darius arrived. We had one large item that had to go to the basement and even though the it was a tight fit through 2 doorways and down steps they got it done with no damage. They were very professional and courteous and I would use them again and recommend them.

• If you want guys who stand around and talk instead of working, these are your guys. I hired to unload the truck at my house & storage unit. I told the company this. I told the guys who came to ‘work’ when they arrived (1.5 hours late). They continuously took things out of the truck that I had already told them stayed in the truck to go to the storage unit. The same table came out of the truck 3 times & had to go back in. I asked them to put something in the trailer & they moved it into the house. They called me at 619 saying they would be here at in 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I called them to ask if they had gotten lost. They said they were 15 minutes away. 30 minutes later they arrived. I had to ask them several times to finish their conversation after they were done working. When we were finished they sat in their car and asked for the code while I stood in the rain. I went back to my Uhaul to get the code they called me from their phone to get it while I was in the rain

• I am super late. Life has been busy. The gentleman made life less stressful for me. They did the job they came to do. I made an error on the date and Thank God they were able to accommodate me. This move out was last minute because of my roommate. So glad an extra guy came. I moved from 3rd floor. I will hire them again when I move. I was appreciative and grateful for them.

• The movers were on time but I don't think they packed the truck as efficiently as they could have, which caused there to be stuff left over unnecessarily. And decisions such as taking the feet off of our couch and then leaving them in the house rather than packing them in the truck, just didn't make sense to us. The movers were young so perhaps they need more experience or training.

• This was the third moving company that I had to deal with for the day and they were not only the more professional, but amazing and wonderful people with great communication. They got in contact with me shortly after my reservation, were very professional with their introduction on the phone with a number tagged to their company, kept me up to date on their status of other jobs and timeframe and overall were a true delight to work with on a personable level. As for their job of the actual unpacking of my truck, they were strong, had great teamwork, handled everything with care and took the time to be sure they were placing things best to how myself and my mom (both disabled) would be able to properly unpack the boxes. If you want a company with great people, open communication, wonderful skills and strength and who care not only for your items but you yourself as a customer, you want to go with MB Moving. If I ever have to unpack a 15ft truck again, I will call them. True lifesavers!

• Good day for moving, they were a little bit late but we're very kind greeting us. I paid for 2 hours but they only worked for about 45 minutes but that's fine cuz we figured the $$ for extra time would count as a tip and it seems they were fine with that. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Sometimes the guy David was on his phone and the other guy kinda took the brunt of everything. But they got the job done which is what matters.

• The first company I ordered, Homeward Bound Moving, didn't show and left me in a real bind. MB movers showed up and worked untill 10pm making sure the truck got loaded. I'm sure the guys had been loading trucks all day, but you wouldn't know it; they were very pleasant and happy to be helping. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and customer service.

• The worst experience I have had with movinghelp or any movers. The movers arrived and told me they would not unload my whole load. when I spoke with their management they assured me everything would be moved. The guys began to move slowly so that they would not unload my entire job. The load they unpacked took two women 1 hour to do and they stretched it out 2 hours so they would only complete half of the job. they promised me a refund and then decided they only wanted to send $10. DONT TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS COMPANY. They send the laziest people and bully you into giving the code so moving help can do nothing to resolve your issue.

• The adult helper was so lazy and left most of the jobs done by the two young boys and me. I had to help a lot because I was not getting much help from them at all! It's really a disappointment! They were so slow that they couldn't get all the jobs done. I was left alone to complete the job at my home. The adult person was busy pacing around doing nothing most of the time and sat down in his car making the young boys and I to do the job. He started requesting for more money in advance before the end of the requested work time. I had to pay them off to avoid overtime. I wonder why the two young boys were sent along with the adult person to help for they were incapable of doing a great job.

• Dave called soon before the scheduled time to let me know he was running late (because he went out the night before). When Dave arrived he parked on my neighbors driveway and tried to argue with me when I mentioned the neighbors may not appreciate him parking there. Dave brought 2 VERY young (we suspect underage) assistants, he talked down to them and did little work himself. The two young guys were great, Dave complained a lot and was pushy with me about upselling his services (which we already paid for). I would never hire Dave again, although his 2 young guys were great (hard working, professional and friendly), sadly they work for Dave (I wouldnt wish that upon anyone). - I wish the 2 young guys the best!

• They were hours late and because of that I didn't have time to unpack before work the next day. They were also rushing me at the end when we hadn't even gone over the time I paid for. I am upset and wish they had offered a discount or something at the very least. I ended up moving most of the items onto the truck because they were so late and I didn't think they were coming even though I am injured from a car accident which was the whole reason I hired them. Very unimpressed will the quality of their communication and will not hire them in the future.

• Thoroughly impressed with the guys that came help us unload our uhaul. They busted an entire 15ft packed uhaul so quickly. They were careful not to bang up the walls. They also tried to put all the boxes/bags in the proper rooms which will be so helpful for unpacking. Highly recommend.

• They could not make the original appt time between 5:00 to 5:30 pm. They texted me at 8:00 asking to reschedule for the next day.
