• A Special Touch was awesome from the beginning to the end. They reached out to me within 10 minutes of me completing my reservation. Due to a mix up on my part, I had to adjust the start time. A Special Touch accommodated my change. David and Martin arrived early and went to work immediately. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They made suggestions to ensure our fragile items were protected. At one point we thought the truck was not going to hold everything. They assured us it would and strategically arranged things to maximize space. These two young men worked the entire time and were still carrying items when they took a quick water break. I will definitely recommend A Special Touch to friends in need of moving services.

• The men who loaded our U-Haul were professional, knowledgeable, fast, hard working and very good at packing a lot of stuff into the limited space of a moving van. We moved a 3 bedroom house with a lot of stuff and these guys placed things into the truck in a manner that they were protected and secure from moving around during the long 780 mile haul. I was amazed at their Tetris skills when placing stuff into the truck. This is a highly professional, well ran and responsive company. A pleasure to do business with.

• Excellent service! we had a number of snafus regarding getting the rental truck from U-Haul and other issues. They were both professional and accommodating. Chris and Mark didn’t get stressed about the situation but we’re amazing ! They were so strong they didn’t even take the ramp out of the truck, they lifted everything. I cannot say enough good things about them. Wish we could’ve packed them in the truck so they could’ve unloaded us too!

• Boy, we are impressed! Kalil and Marcus were outstanding (sorry if I spelled your names incorrect)! Polite, introduced themselves, we told them what the plan was and they were on it! They didn't stand around and chat or play on their phones like you see most people do these days. THEY WORKED THEIR BUTTS OFF! The U-Haul was packed so good as well. We had a 5 hour drive and not one thing moved out of place. I would highly recommend!

• These guys are AMAZING! We just moved up from Orlando this past weekend and had a 26 foot truck absolutely packed to the gills with our entire house. The two gentlemen that showed up were fast, efficient, friendly and most of all careful with our things. They were super fit and strong and moved everything including a 300+ pound antique dentist's chair from the 1920s. That thing is a beast and the two of them moved it with care and made it look easy. I cannot overstate how wonderful it was to feel like they were careful with our possessions, even the bulky, heavy, or cumbersome ones. We even got some fantastic restaurant recommendations from them before they left! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for help loading or unloading in the Savannah area!

• I made my online reservation for morning time, but the moving company called a day before and told me that they were fully booked in the morning. They assured me that they will make it by at least 12:00PM which was still a few hours delay for me, but I still set up the reservation at 12:00PM (for loading). However, they were unable to show up on time. I waited until 2:15PM but I could not delay the moving any longer so I called them that I was going to cancel the job.
