  I was very impressed with the moving support provided. Despite having completed a demanding six-hour workday and driving over an hour to reach my location, he arrived in the evening with a professional and focused demeanor. He efficiently handled the transport of a queen-size bed, bed box, a heavy table, and a large tabletop from the truck to a third-floor apartment. The entire task was completed within 20 to 30 minutes, demonstrating not only physical strength but also exceptional efficiency and care. His dedication, reliability, and work ethic were truly commendable. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone in need of professional and dependable moving assistance.

  Speed It Moving And Delivery

  Good initial communication. However, the reservation was clearly for load and unload. When loading had taken 2.5 hours with no end in sight, I prompted them about time only to be told they were only loading so they had been taking their time. Our items were totally prepped to move (11th move in 20 years) and the crew took nearly 4 hours to load. Why? On their phones, non stop. Moving things with one hand to continue conversations. We had to extend the truck and dog care. After we timed them unload a single IKEA chair in 15 minutes, my husband and I got involved with unloading to get them going and monitor them. This was ridiculous. It's like they were deliberately trying to extend their time. As soon as things were finally done we immediately received a call and text from the owner to send additional funds via etransfer directly to the company for the extra time. Absolutely not. This should have been a 5 hour job and would have taken that or less with more professional service.
