The owner was great with communication. During one point in the move, the company had some difficulty with a new hire who left part of the way through the move. To remedy the situation, the owner showed up himself from 45 minutes away with extra help at 7 PM at night to make sure everything was moved out of the rental truck and into my new place. Some companies would have probably said we would have to reset for the next day and I would have ended up having to pay an extra day on the rental truck. Not this owner and crew. Even at night in the cold rain, they worked to make it right, were very polite, and even compensated for some of the extra time. This is the second time I have used this company, and the owner Joseph and his crew are good people who work hard for their customers.
