  • The guys were supposed to be at my house at 9am. They never showed. I was told he was on the way and will be at my house within 20 min. That never happened. The one guy (I’m assuming the boss or owner did keep in contact with me to make sure the guys were at my house but when the first set of guys didn’t show up, he sent other guys to my house. I do appreciate that but the guys he sent seemed like kids who struggled a bit with moving my heavier items. My walls were scuffed a bit and it took longer than it should have to the point that I was helping them move some items into my house.

  • Overall, the movers themselves gave us a great experience and we would hire them again. Two gentlemen did come to help with the move, but they were a little late. However, they more than made up for it after they arrived. We were done within the two hours allotted. I was not happy with the lack of details given between the U-haul website and rep that I spoke to and my initial contact with Liberty Movers to confirm the reservation. It did not make it clear that these are movers only and no truck, which caused a mix-up upon their arrival. I can say that both of our movers made the process smooth, they were extremely helpful to rectify the problem to get us up and running, and they were beyond courteous and knowledgeable. Their service is greatly appreciated. Please clarify the online details for future customers! Better communication about the process, please!
