• During my move, several items of furniture were damaged by the movers. Including a vanity table, wooden leg snapped off, record player, two legs ripped out of it. Part of dresser came off. Additionally, a number of other pieces of furniture were scuffed & hit on walls. The movers placed their wet drinks on wooden tables & shelves leaving water stains. I felt that care & respect was not put into the handling of items. All of my items were wrapped in high grade furniture wrap, or padded well, and all of these damages occurred within the first 30 mins of loading with the elevator building so I am unsure how the damages occurred when all that was required was placing each item in the elevator just a few steps from the apartment door. I understand that the day was less than ideal conditions with extremely hot & humid conditions. I feel the professionalism was less than satisfactory overall. Especially as one mover couldn’t not look at instagram for more than 10 minutes at a time.

  The customer is an absolute lair. We have pictures of the move that will contradict the customer bogus claims. Nothing was damaged on our watch. The customer did not follow our basic instructions to insure that the move goes smoothly.
