Easy to plan and set the services need, good communication the day prior to move for confirmation, and Perry & Justin brought the energy to get the move done much faster than expected. Perry & Justin could not have been more professional and anxious to help. The only thing I would recommend changing is that when you call to confirm the day prior to the move to immediately say you are calling to confirm your move tomorrow and not start with the company name because it sounds like a marketing call. I didn’t stay on the line because I was driving the UHaul across country. Fortunately, you left two great messages for me that told me everything I need ed to know.
