BEWARE!!! I am documenting my experience with this moving team. I have used MovingHelp several times in the past with satisfactory results; however, this team did not meet those standards. They arrived late without prior notice, and communication throughout the job was fragmented. The team worked at a slow pace and showed limited coordination. Earlier the same day, a different MovingHelp team completed a more labor-intensive truck loading in two hours. This team was only responsible for unloading into storage yet required significantly more time. As the scheduled time ended, the movers stated the job would not be completed without payment for an additional hour. To avoid further delay and added cost, my elderly mother and I assisted with unloading during the whole process. Based on their actions and overall attitude, the team did not demonstrate a strong commitment to efficiency or service quality
