The Move-in date was changed unexpectedly. On the day of moving, they were over an hour late, but they did call but they were still late. The movers showed up didn’t have any moving supplies. The movers told me that they would not disassemble my bed, that was the very first thing that they told me, said I had to do it myself. In addition, they scratched up a lot of my furniture because they didn’t use the shrink wrap or the blankets, and parts were missing. One of the movers was careless and broke my TV stand; He did pay me after I told him how much it cost to replace it. I had my mattresses in a mattress protector and they dragged out the mattress and the boxspring and took off the plastic and just left it on the ground, and then tried to load it into the truck the same way. They did not utilize the space when loading, I had arrange it to make sure that the space was utilized properly; things would have shifted and moved around. Definitely would not recommend using this company!
