There was a fair amount if damage to the items packed. Legscwere broken off of the dresser and it has scratches and scrapes on it. It doesn't seem like the blankets provided stayed in place. An upholstered shair has stains on it again because the blankets provided didn't stay put. Many boxes were broken open and crushed. The team did work hard but I don't feel they worked smart.

So sorry you didn't receive a better experience. Unfortunately I was unable to be on that job so I had a sister company take over. I'll talk to them about these issues and see how we can provide a better moveimg experience in the future. -kyle
