These guys are outstanding! We have moved several times 'by ourselves', but not anymore. Watching these two men pack a U-haul truck is like watching Picaso paint. Perfection. They called it 'lock loading' and packed the truck so tight that nothing could shift and break during transport. Because of their skill in packing the truck, they had no trouble fitting a stuffed 10 x 20 storage unit into a 26' U-haul truck. A 2 bedroom house with appliances all fit! In fact, we had room to spare. Excellent job, guys! I highly recommend!

Blair, I am extremely upset and disappointed with you guys. I'm thinking it over while I decide what to do. I am missing several items I specifically asked you guys to pack or load and this was AFTER I told you guys very plainly that I was your customer, not her! The box that I packed and labeled with, EXTREMELY FRAGILE and PACK NOTHING ON TOP, In fact, had something on top and was not even stable where it was placed and fell off. I also do not appreciate the boxes of garbage found in the truck which I'm sure she said to load, instead of some very nice items including one that was a last gift from my now-deceased business partner of 27 years. In total, I am missing over $1500 plus of my property that I can think of so far because at least one of you chose to listen to her and not me after I clearly spoke with you both in front of her about that very thing. Blair, I have to ask, How do you plan on staying in business with a less than 1 star rating? I got no answer from Blair, owner.

AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER! The company asked me to have U-haul drop-off the boxes and said they would then return them to U-haul. I confirmed this several times including the day before the move, IN WRITING. The movers were an hour late and when they showed up said they would not be taking the boxes to U-haul, that I had to get U-haul to come get them. U-haul could not come for almost a week which meant my stuff was going to sit in the heat for days and then arrive a week late to my destination after my spouse had surgery when the whole point was to get moved in prior to that. Luckily everyone at U-haul went above and beyond to solve the issue but the movers royally messed us up and then would not take responsibility or do anything to help us solve the issue. They would not pick up or return my calls and just sent a defensive text message despite me showing them the proof that they had said they would take the U-boxes to U-haul.

This was a great moving experience.. The guys had to go from 1 3rd floor apt to another 3rd floor and they were in good mood the whole time and they also did a fantastic job packing the truck as there was potential to not get everything loaded. I tipped the 2 gentlemen at the time moving.

Blair kept stringing me along and tried to tell me they needed an extra guy for the job. I explained that the truck I ordered was not going to be full & that he only needed to help with the heavy stuff. Then instead of telling me he couldn't do it, he told me he'd call in 24 hours, then told me he could only do it with 3 guys. I lost it. He could have just been honest and told me that his guys were weak from the beginning.

Worst move ever, Blair drug out the first 4 hours, so slow! I have moved the same stuff, load, drive, unload, So CA to No CA in 12 hours. I have to hire someone to take boxes upstairs now!! A WASTE

I told the customer that a whole-house move would take more than the 4 hours contracted. The customer's memory of her previous moves isn't consistent with our years of experience.

Good group. seemed to hv trouble dismantling king bed frame.

The bed frame was no problem to dismantle. The instructions were to keep the platform intact. The screws on the left side were stripped, which caused some difficulty.
