• Scheduled for morning, but they did not show up until 230pm with a bunch of excuses for being late. Scheduled and PAID for 3 hours but they only worked 2 hours 15 minutes and took several breaks. Horrible job loading and very sloppy. Required a second truck because of the poor loading.

  That is just unbelievable how you just tell lies you said you had four guys four 4 hours and I sent you a copy of the order then you said you were waiting on us 2 days when you just want the day before and you didn't have truck you had pods so you guys cannot fill them up in 3 hours to story house we work the time you paid for I didn't ask did you want me to get my guys out there you say no look at my previous work reviews and you will see we work hard honestly and efficient we work hard to please you guys cuz we know we wouldn't be here if it was not for y'all business so please don't let this review stop you for choosing this great team

  Why not we got the job done perfectly besides at the entrance of the front door the little metal piece that's on the outside of the door it was two little dents there because of the piano and I said I will replace the peace next week besides that everything went perfectly even push the time back for you because of you was running behind schedule if there's anything else we did wrong please let us know so we can fix it in the future and I apologize for any convenience that you have with your mood

  I apolize about your refrigerator, but it was not damaged in the process of moving it out the house and onto the truck. We had no problems getting out the door. Must have been damaged in the unload or in the truck while driving, padded would have prevented which was not supplied. Again I am sorry about your experience and we stride to make all customers happy.

• He texted and said he forgot his son had a doctors appt and he need to push the time back from 10 to 12 at 1201 he texted and said he was still at the doctors with his son and he said he could be there at 130 and he never showed and I had a dead line and I had other movers waiting on me. I didn't get moved and now have to rent a uhaul for another day because of them.

• The help was mutually agreed for 12:00 for the day of requested job. No one showed up and no one answered to our multiple calls until at around 4PM someone answered and said he will be there in 20 minutes. That did not happen until 5:20. At that point me and my sick wife had loaded up everything and were closing the Uhaul truck's door. We had mentioned to them that our apartment has to be vacated by 5PM. Only one person showed up at 5:20 with an attitude that they have burnt gas to come up here and that they have wasted their time!!!? we would like full refund of $105.95 and compensation for the great trouble they have caused for me and my family.

• T And V Moving was scheduled to arrive to help me move at 10:00. I texted them at 0945 to make sure that they were running on time because I had rented a uhaul and they were my only help to load and unload. Within 20 minutes or so they informed me that they would "be there in about 20 minutes" because they were running behind. I then received a message at about 10:45 telling me that they had been in a car accident and that they would send another crew to help. After about an hour and half of waiting, I received a text telling me that they weren't available and that they were sorry. I understand that car accidents happen. When consumers make mistakes, companies tend to be very quick to tack on fees and penalties. I don't understand how a company can make a mistake that causes me to have to load an entire 2 bedroom apartment into a uhaul by myself and then offer nothing to me as the consumer to rectify the mistake. Poor service.
