• Booked Marty the Mover again to help load my UHaul. Communication was excellent; they called me the next business day to schedule a time, and I knew when they would arrive the day of. They were professional and got the job done. They packed the UHaul the way I asked them to, though wish they had packed some of the miscellaneous items that couldn't be boxed in a more organized and secured way. Overall, would recommend.

• I simply can't thank the guys who helped with my move enough. Both men showed up on time, worked with me during a massive change to the plan, made me laugh during a really bad day and more importantly got the job done perfectly. I would (and probably will have to) use them again in the future. There were no slackers for even a minute. The guys just kept it moving nonstop. Please tip your guys well, they bust their butts to move your stuff!

• First, they come in to my house after I've rented a truck and storage saying my stuff won't fit. Then my house wasn't organized to their specifics. They said they'd leave and come back. My move was scheduled 10-12. Ended around 10pm. Very arrogant and pompous.Talking on the phone, ignoring my friends questions. I went BACK to get the biggest truck. 26'. Mind you I have a 2br mobile. They spilled coffee on my carpet. Didnt admit it. Cost me my security. Broke my glasses. They left to go do another job. Came back 6 hrs later. Meanwhile, My friend and I loaded all but the big items(couches, dressers, washer, dryer, bed, desk, curio cabinet) it took them 1.5 hrs.They left washer hookups behind Storage. These guys should be called dump & drop. It's a disaster! They shoved my stuff in to get my door closed. It was not properly stacked. Iw ould not recommend them if my life depended upon it and if you value your items!! Wishing I could post the photos here.

• This was for unpacking a 26ft Uhaul and moving the items into a 3 story town home. These guys busted their asses for us. I hired 2 and 3 showed up. One of the crew was in training and he worked very hard, too. I would have given these guys 5 stars across the board but we found boxes and bins clearly marked, placed in the wrong rooms. Even still, I would hire them again.

• Ask the mover to strap down my mattress and he refused. Just threw my furniture in the truck. Was told it will be fine. Not happy at all with the way the truck was loaded. I have used several movers over the years and this is by far the worse loading job I have ever seen. Hopefully none of my belongings will get damaged.

• Marty the Mover scheduled me an hour later than booked through U-Haul accounting for their travel time. This was shared with me one week before the move when I reached out for confirmation. The night before the move, I was texted in the middle of the night they would be 30 mins late which turned into 60 mins late. Altogether 2 hours later than we had planned which delayed the unpacking movers on the other end of the trip. Once available, the movers were efficient and packed the truck very well without damage to any items. Poor communication and professionalism but pack very well!

• We hired these movers to help unload our 26 ft U-Haul truck. Rory and Malachi were phenomenal. They arrived on time and prepared with their own equipment included a dolly and straps. They were friendly and professional. They were organized, efficient, and clearly very experienced movers. They were deliberate with everything they did and moved all of our furniture and boxes safely and effectively. I am particularly impressed with how they handled the more awkwardly shaped and heavy items and how they easily maneuvered them from the truck, through doorways and hallways, and to the appropriate location in the house. They made the entire unloading process look incredibly easy. I highly recommend Rory and Malachi to anyone with moving needs!

• The guys were polite and hard working. My complaint comes from the loading of house. The did not stack furniture and totes to the roof. They did not utilize a22ft van for a 2-3 bedroom house. I had to leave furniture and other items behind.that should not happen.

  A 2 to 3 bedroom requires a 26 ft Uhual truck. A 22ft truck or van is fit for a 1 bedroom house. If your items could not safely be stacked with out breaking then we won't stack them high.

• Paid for 2 movers for 3 hours. Time mixup on my part but they were accommodating. Started off unloading the truck fast then one of the movers got suddenly very sick. He looked so bad and really apologized. That left only 1 mover to unload our whole truck. We had to help because we felt bad for the situation. But the job went over by about 2 hours due to only 1 mover. We had to pay for the extra 2 hours! Not fair for sure but what could I do? Tough situation all around.

• I would NEVER recommend Marty the Mover. They took a box of frames and wrapped them in a blanket instead of repacking, cussed at each other and fought angrily multiple times, etc. UNPROFESSIONAL.

  Mam at 2 am after driving for 37 hours then you have us unload in the dark. We drove 1000 miles the truck broke down had to be towed and dispite that nothing was broken or scratched we did great ty.
