• Anthony and especially Hachim were fantastic. I think Hachim has a masters in packing management. There is no way we would have been able to fit all of our stuff in our truck without his help. He told us to stand aside and he organized the truck. They were finished in an hour and a half. Highly recommend.

• No one showed up during my arrival window. When I called I was told they had been in a fender bender and could not make it. I was told over and over that a different pair of movers would be sent asap to come help me. I waited for 4 hours past my move in time and was reassured every single time I called that someone would be here. All the way up until my calls stopped being answered. I had to move everything into my apartment completely on my own which was nearly impossible for me to do alone as a woman that’s barely 5’2 with no moving equipment.

• Excellent service. My furniture was unloaded from the truck to my home with no damages (damages were from another moving company I hired for the morning). Tony and Jayshon were quick and careful. They designated all my furniture into the correct rooms. Two young guys that provided excellent service.

I was extremely upset because it wasn't a big move but there were about 5 pieces that required two people. I had to pay extra expenses to get someone to help and it took more time than necessary because I was only able to get one person. It was very upsetting.

• The movers and helpers didn't show up until 10 PM event after telling us several times that they will be coming late due to delays at other move. We spoke several times and were assured that they would come. After 9:30 PM they were not reachable and there were no responses for voice messages and text messages. We had a strict notice from owner to move by today Midnight. Now we have to pay penalty of $500 due to delay in moving and causing inconvenience to the new tenants.
