  When we spoke on the phone you mentioned none of these damages. You were satisfied with the service with the exception of the movers being late. When you demanded a refund, we investigated your case and determined we could not offer you a refund as nothing was damaged and the job was completed. After we told you this you changed your case and started to state that there were damages.
