• It was a difficult unloading as I was putting a bunch of furniture in an already full house! They very carefully put everything exactly where I wanted it, and even rearranged things in my garage so I could still fit my car in despite all that I added to it!! Fabulous!

• Eric and Cliff are one of the hardest-working guys I have ever met. Extremely professional, on time, patient, and went above and beyond protecting our belongings during the move. We had many heavy items (fridge, couches, mattress, etc) and they got everything loaded on U-Hauls 26ft rental in no time. They made our move painless and quick. 1000000 percent worth the rate they charge and more.

• Smoother Movers Texas did an amazing job unloading from my move, I couldn't have asked for better help. I was called within the hour that I had booked them with confirmation on a time and day. They even helped re-assemble furniture when we were moved in. The two guys that assisted us were timely, diligent, and very helpful. They were a great help!

• The two guys that helped me out absolutely amazing in every way. They arrived early and went right to work loading the U-Haul. They were professional, fast, friendly, and took great care in helping me move out of my apartment. Items were packed precisely and safely in the U-Haul and nothing was damaged. So happy with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area.

• This company was the worst helpers ever. Erik was not professional at all. He came in my home saying what he wasn’t going to do. They packed the truck incorrectly with my items and left my dresser mirror last because they forgot. I sent him pictures of the damage items to again let him know that they packed the truck wrong. He response was only responsible for $30. I didn’t send pictures for money, I sent it to let him know what not to do the next time. Please note that I tipped them $70. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I wish I could add copies of the text exchange.

• We booked two hrs for help to load and unload big items. Eric and Cliff were great. Careful with the items and they did their best trying to fit everything onto a trailer. One of the guys lost a little bit of juice mid-move but the other guy more than made up for his partner. Would still use them again. Left them a cash tip. Note - they only brought dollies so make sure to prepare any blankets and transportation ahead of time. And cold gatorade & water for your movers!

• We didn't know that we were expected to provide lots of shrink wrap, so they ran out of what we had. But they didn't tell us, so they were quitting. Thanks to our son-in-law, a truck driver, he got the problem fixed and they ended by fully loading the truck.

• Helpers finished the job an hour earlier then anticipated. However, considering how well they moved some job ending pieces we believe they earned the extra hour of pay as a tip of sorts without contest. Not planning to execute another residential move anytime soon but will be looking for them again if the need arises. These movers really get the job done efficiently, professionally and quickly. They also took care not to damage anything during the process. They really made it look easy but I know this move would have taken far longer without their professional assistance.

They were scheduled to be at my house at a specific time and failed to do so. No services were provided at all. I would like to please be refunded the $165 that has been charged to my account.

• Smooth Movers are an exceptional team!!! Worth all the time you purchase, even if they finish early, let them keep it. They work calm and steady. They arrived early, and walked through the house with me so that I could show them where we staged our boxes items to be moved, and asked them to pack high and tight so that we could add 3 furniture items to the load (((And they did just that))) stress free. They just focus on the task at hand and communicate with you if they have questions and even finish with super good time. Smooth Movers play like champions everyday!!!
