We could not have been more pleased with our movers during this move. They communicated well from the start, showed up on time, and worked amazingly hard the entire day. It was in the 90s that day, and they never complained or stopped work for a moment. They were all very courteous, professional, kind, and extremely careful with our belongings. Absolutely nothing was damaged or mishandled, and everything was delivered exactly where we wanted it to be. We have moved several times, and this was by far the best moving crew we have ever had. We are so grateful for their hard work and kindness, and we can't recommend them highly enough.

The crew showed up on time and perform excellent service. A 20' U-Haul truck was unloaded in a single hour and up to a third floor with stairs only. The crew were extremely friendly and informed us they work several states in the southeast.

The first half of the load was great. But then they got incredibly careless. They were sliding boxes down our stairs to avoid walking them down. Multiple items were broken, including bottles of wine. They broke a piece of the bannister and left without fixing it. They left a dresser upstairs which I didn’t notice until they were gone. They asked if they could drink our beer (and eventually did) when I offered them water. It was very disappointing because, again, the first half went great. They were working hard and moving fast. Once they got tired they became incredibly careless. I gave them a flat screen tv I was getting rid of and tipped them before I realized things were broken and not complete.

Sir first off let me say thank you for booking us. Let's get to the matter now sir we wasnt throwing or sliding boxes down. I actually took pictures of your furniture that y'all already pre wrapped before we got there and pictures of your stairwell while doing a pre walk around and asked you did you know about that. Your answer was yes that it was already broken. No sir we wasnt drinking on the job. Here at E-Z just in time we don't do that at all. We made sure that everything you wanted was on the truck. I also stated multiple times of caution on putting items in the truck without proper coverage or they may get broken. You told us to go ahead despite me asking multiple times. I also asked you to do a walk around which you didn't sir and told us that was all. I'm sorry that you feel this way sir we have you 100 percent almost 9 hours with professional services. It's regretful that we couldn't please you but please sir don't fabricate untrue stories. Have a blessed day

Communication regarding their estimated time of arriving was good . As far as the quality of work it was okay they just threw everything in storage and the only reason I noticed was because I was missing a very expensive item and before I assumed the worst I went to look in the storage and I had to

We take pride in all the work that we do. When we conclude a job we always ask the customer to preview and make sure everything is to the expectations. Also their is a follow up with the scheduling dept to further make sure everything is satisfactory. Nothing was notes if it was we would try n rectify the problem. I have 2 storage units which I moved my things into... they just threw all my things in the units... instead of trying to pack it in there neatly and without breaking anything... it was just thrown everywhere. Idon't know how I will ever be able to organize anything. For $100 an hour ...a total

The helpers were late to start off, then they were rushing & not following instructions. They dropped the top to our pool table & ripped the felt, then unlatched bottom of pool table & it fell against our bar. Due to a tire issue we called in advance to let the customer know we would be 15 mins late. It is always my suggestion to use padding bring stuff out , that was driven 18 hours and packed by another Co or individual. We wanted to put the pool table together and was told where to place it. These guys were awesome. They helped me move from my storage and from my in-laws house into our new home right at 5 hours. Awesome job in organizing my furniture on the truck and was a smooth process. Definitely would use again and definitely recommend!!

They were 2.5 hrs late which delayed my move. They dropped some of my things from the second story onto to bushes below. They broke some furniture and damaged a wall. Very disappointed.

The service was terrible. If you weren't telling them what to do they would stand around. They dented our front door and scraped up the front side of of brand new fridge. I won't use this place again

These were not professional movers, they were unskilled laborers. Lots of damage to very expensive furniture. A $1400 amethyst stone was broken in half.

They didn't have a dolly to unload the truck, didn't know I needed to provide one, they did the job all by manual lifting. Worked for me.at 100degrees. The load people in Auburn came with a moving dow

Took many breaks and showed up late without equipment such as dollies that would have helped complete the job on time (over 30 min). They were nice but didn't treat our stuff as careful as I prefer.
