• These guys were super friendly and punctual. However, they were not prepared for the job. They did not bring any tools to disassemble furniture. Luckily, I had a tool box available for use. They used all of my tape and shrink wrap. The screws to my bedroom furniture was placed in a draw unsecured. So, when the furniture was unloaded, to our surprise all the screws had fallen to the bottom of the dresser. These fellas walked the clock for and additional 2 hours resulting in an additional $218 Zelle charge.

• These guys were terrific. They were extremely friendly and polite, but more importantly, they were careful and considerate in handling our household goods. They went out of their way to ensure furniture was protected and were conscientious in planning how to fit a large load into the truck we had rented. This required experimenting and measuring items to ensure a good fit and that the load would not shift during transport. In short, I would hire Magic Movers again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone who wants efficient and excellent service!

They were very accommodating to my need to change the appointment time from 10am to 8am. They arrived on time and were very professional as well as personable. They were very careful to unload my furniture and very knowledgeable on how to carefully navigate large items into the home. They moved the heavy washer & dryer, dressers, and beds to the 2nd floor without issue. They worked quickly and completed the job within the allotted time. I will use them again and highly recommend them for your moving needs!! I drove a completely full 26 foot truck from OH to GA alone, and Justin & Tay provided the exact promptness, reliability, efficiency I needed!!

It was a complicated move and they did an awesome job keeping the two destination unloads separate even though they had to put some things back on the truck that were going to the second destination.
