I read reviews before booking. I was not satisfied. Workers were on their phones, standing around doing nothing and general chatting. I was very frustrated, especially because I commented about it being a problem, with no improvement. What should have taken 2 hours took 4 . Will not use again.

The moving company contacted me about 30 minutes prior to job starting to tell me that they would be very late. Our start time was 1-2 pm. They were not going to be able to come until night time, if at all. Movers were 5 1/2 hours late to the job! Seemed there was a shortage of workers on this day and I was given several excuses. One positive, when the two young movers finally arrived they were courteous and professional. They worked hard and completed the job.

The movers arrived right on time, The move took 4 hours when I was quoted for 2 hours. I was told a 10 ft truck would suffice on the phone, however, after arriving the mover told me it was too small.
