  • Five Stars - Paul and His Helper Delivered a Perfect Move! From start to finish Paul made this move easy. The moment he received the booking through U-Haul he called right away to confirm everything. He then followed up with a call and text the day before to confirm again and assure me everything was on track. When they arrived they got right to work. Thorough, asked good questions when needed, and handled everything with care. The truck was loaded securely so nothing shifted, and unloading at the new place was just as efficient. What made it extra enjoyable was the great attitude they brought to the job. Professional and focused when it mattered, relaxed and fun to be around the rest of the time.   • Five Stars - Paul and His Helper Were Fantastic! Paul reached out as soon as he received the booking to confirm everything and then the day before moving day with a call and text to confirm arrangements, checked in the day before, and again the morning of. No vagueness, no ambiguity, complete clarity at every step, which gave me real peace of mind. When they arrived, I walked them through the house and from that point they just took care of everything. They asked good questions when needed and loaded the truck efficiently, securing everything with cargo straps so nothing shifted in transit. Unloading at the new place went just as smoothly. Beyond the professionalism, they brought great energy to the day. We had a few laughs and they were easy to work with while staying completely on the ball. If you are using U-Haul's moving helper service, don't hesitate. Paul and his team are the real deal. Highly recommend!
