• This was my first moving experience here in TX. This guy had no moving equipment, and had no other help than his wife. They used storage units carts. After this company put my things in storage without equipment, I hired another company to take my things out of the storage, and they too had no moving equipment.

  Thank you for your feedback, though this review is confusing given your previous compliments, tip, and interest in booking us again. Your move was completed on 5-27 within the timeframe you scheduled, with no damages or issues. My wife is not only my wife but a trained, experienced mover who has completed many jobs. Her being a woman does not make her any less capable. To suggest otherwise is unfair and you only booked for two movers. We brought furniture dollies and standard dollies and, like everyone else moving in and out of storage, we also used the facilitys carts as intended. To claim we had no equipment is simply false. Your husband repeatedly praised our work and teamwork during the job, even calling others to share how impressed he was. You later mentioned the second company you hired also had no equipment, which is unrelated to us. Leaving this review over a month later contradicts everything you said at the time. Nonetheless, we wish you the best with your future moves.
