I needed them to be there at 1:00, Said they could be there at 11 or 12, This will not work as the carpet is being shampooed. They said didn't know when they could show up if at all, so I canceled. If you can get there around 11:30/Noon then why not 12:45, or 1:00 Sharp.

This team was incredible. They arrived about 10 minutes late, but called in advance to apologize and inform me. After that, they had a nearly full 10ft truck unloaded in less than 45 minutes. Not only that, but they even had a third person helping for free. Really impressed woth Joe, Vaughn, and Justin from beginning to end.
